The jackson's had a great trip to Yellowstone this year. We stayed in Island Park again in the time share and had a great time. We were a little worried about Caleb sleeping not in a crib so justin upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. Its amazing even with the extra space how quick our family can take over! The two nights Mom tried to get Caleb to sleep he was up until 11 at night. When Justin took over on night three he sleep like an angel. He didnt get out of the big bed once.

On the drive up we stopped at Bear World again in Rexburg.  Another great bear adventure.  We even had a bear trying to eat our tire.   Caleb loved the train and petting zoo.

After we got to island park we went to Yellowstone 3 of the days.  The other days we went and did some other sight seeing close by.  In the wild we saw hundreds of antelope, 2 coyotes, 3 bear, millions of bison, lots of elk and a few deer.  Over all it was a great trip. The only thing we didnt do was see a Wolf for brett.  We did however get to see a few wolves in captivity.

During the trip Brett got to become a Jr. Ranger again and also was a great photographer with his own Camera.  The highlight of his trip, is when Daddy and Brett (went behind mom's back) and got Brett a pocket knife.  Of course it will be used only under supervision but Brett was very excited and started to whittle wood that night.  Calebs highlight was a little wooden box he got with his name on it.  He put quarters in it. Opened and Closed it over and over and over again.  It provided hours of fun.

It feels like Summer already.  Brett has started baseball.  He is playing Machine pitch this year.  At the last game he got to play catcher.  The uniform was so huge, but he was super proud wearing it.

On Sunday we took the new jeep for a test drive- to make sure the new rims and tires and lift were working well.  We ended up spending the day at Antelope Island.  At the park we went to the beach.  Caleb did not want to stand in the water- He is a pretty smart kid.  It was sort of stinky.  Brett however had no problem! It was a great day and we finished it off by a great dinner at bostons.

This summer is bring change to our world as well.  Justin is now off for the summer (no fair) and Brett will be done with school Friday (no fair).  While they are home playing for the summer I am starting a new job (yes again).... This time the job is only 8 miles from my house.   So I will be closer to home.  I have mixed feelings about starting a new job again but this is an opportunity I couldnt pass up!

Fish Lake 2012

We took a long/weekend to fish lake.  It was fun, the boys got to spend time with Nana and Grandpa and Justin got to get his new jeep muddy.

Justin said goodbye to his truck on Tuesday.  He really liked this truck so he was a little sad to see it go. 

But in its place he got his brand new, ordered to his specifications, bright orange Jeep Rubicon. 

So now our garage houses 3 jeeps.  According to Caleb- there is Mommy's Jeep, the Messy Jeep, and My Jeep (meaning Caleb's jeep).  Yes Caleb has staked claim already in the orange one.  Brett feels left out because he doesnt have a Jeep.

Brett's Bday Party/Jeeping

Brett had his 7th birthday party this weekend at a trampoline park.  Needless to say the boys and girls had tons of fun jumping around.

On Sunday we went Jeeping with some friends.   Brett and Caleb had fun with the top off.  Although it was a little cold.

We got a little muddy.... we are the grey jeep in the mud.
